Motherboard Typeface
The design of this typeface takes inspiration from the retro but timeless 8-bit fonts from the earlier tech ages. "Motherboard" introduces an opposing idea of movement to the more static 8-bit font, which is true to the time of its production. We are living in a majorly innovative digital age, trend turnover is rapid. "Motherboard" is reflective of that nature of the industry, always moving, always changing.
The variations of "Motherboard" (Uppercase Regular/Lowercase Regular/Motherboard Dot/Motherboard Interior) are representative of the metaphorical and physical moving pieces to the never ending industry puzzle. Uppercase Regular and Motherboard Dot are brought together to form the "product" of Motherboard Interior, but they can both be utilized and understood as independent typefaces.
